Instrument Trials & Policies
We offer customers up to 2 instruments to try for 3 days, new or used. We require a security deposit on a valid credit card for the full value of 1 instrument. If anyone purchases an instrument, we will send a return UPS label for the other instrument. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs if anyone decides NOT to buy any of them.
Customers are responsible for all instruments including accessories sent on trial. All accessories included with any instrument must be returned unused; any missing or damaged accessories will be charged to their credit card. Returned trial instruments must be returned in the same condition as when anyone received them, and all instruments will be inspected upon arrival.
