Instrument Trial Policy
We offer customers the opportunity to try up to two instruments for a period of five days, starting from the day the delivery is received. A refundable $300 security deposit is required, charged to a valid credit card.
If a customer decides to purchase one of the instruments, we will provide a UPS return label for the other. However, if no purchase is made, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and insurance costs.
Customers are fully responsible for all instruments and any included accessories during the trial period. All accessories must be returned unused—any missing or damaged accessories will be charged to the customer’s credit card. Trial instruments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and will be carefully inspected upon return.
Please note: Instruments purchased after a trial are final sale and cannot be returned, so we encourage customers to make their selection thoughtfully.
Ligature Trial Policy
- All ligatures for trial must be PREPAID.
Payment must be received before the order is shipped.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
If no purchase is made, a 6% handling fee will be deducted from the refund for returned merchandise.
